TERMS AND CONDITIONS


This legal notice governs the content and use of the services on the VICOM TECHNOLOGY website (hereinafter, “VICOM TECHNOLOGY”).

The use of VICOM TECHNOLOGY grants you the status of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unconditional acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice at the very moment the User accesses the Portal. Consequently, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Portal, as it may be subject to modifications.

This document constitutes the complete agreement between the User and VICOM TECHNOLOGY and governs the use of the Portal, its services, its content, etc., replacing any prior agreement or contract, whether oral or written, between the User and VICOM TECHNOLOGY. Likewise, the User shall be subject to any additional terms and conditions that may apply when using affiliated services, third-party content, or third-party software.

Some of the services offered on this Portal are governed by these general conditions as well as by the legal notices included at the bottom of each page, where applicable.

The User must also carefully read the corresponding Specific Conditions.

Likewise, use of the Portal is governed by all notices, usage regulations, and instructions published by VICOM TECHNOLOGY, which replace, supplement, and/or modify this Legal Notice.

VICOM TECHNOLOGY intends to provide, directly or indirectly, users with access to a series of online services, including but not limited to: inquiries through contact forms, subscription to a newsletter periodically sent via email, online payments, informational content, personalized content, editorials, and other illustrative content intended to facilitate users’ tasks and provide entertainment and enrichment of users’ knowledge.


Free Access

Access to the Portal www.talaveradelareyna.com is free of charge; however, there may be sections in which the User must provide certain personal data requested by VICOM TECHNOLOGY through a form. The User must complete all requested fields with truthful information and keep it up to date. In all cases, the User shall be solely responsible for any false statements or inaccurate information provided and for any damages caused to VICOM TECHNOLOGY or third parties as a result.

To access VICOM TECHNOLOGY, the User is responsible for having a computer with an Internet connection, whether via telephone or any other technology providing such service, which VICOM TECHNOLOGY does not supply. Therefore, the User is responsible for any costs arising from Internet connection and access. The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of the Portal’s content or services, the use of the services, or access to the services.


Privacy Policy

Users may access our Privacy Policy from any page of the Portal.


Minors

Minors who acquire the status of Users of VICOM TECHNOLOGY must have prior consent from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who shall be fully responsible for all acts carried out by the minors under their care. They shall also be responsible for determining which content and services are appropriate for minors.


Access to and Use of Content and Services

The User acknowledges and accepts that the intellectual property rights to all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are owned by VICOM TECHNOLOGY.

When the User chooses to use any service or tool that allows them to publish information or content on or through the Portal, the User agrees to use VICOM TECHNOLOGY’s tools in accordance with applicable laws, morality, good customs, public order, and the content of this Legal Notice.

By way of example and not limitation, the User agrees not to use the Services to:

  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that violates applicable laws, morality, good customs, harms, threatens, abuses, attacks, defames, slanders, violates third-party privacy, promotes racial, ethnic, or religious hatred, or otherwise violates this User Agreement. In such cases, VICOM TECHNOLOGY may immediately suspend the User’s services upon becoming aware of such use, and the User shall have five days to remedy such use or present arguments in their defense.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or provide false, altered, or misleading information.
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services.
  • Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that the User does not have the right to transmit under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship.
  • Upload, post, copy, profit from, or transmit content that infringes copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual or industrial property rights of any third party or VICOM TECHNOLOGY.
  • Upload, post, email, or transmit advertising, promotional material, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except in areas expressly designated for such purposes.
  • Upload, post, email, or transmit material containing software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
  • Disrupt normal dialogue flow or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to interact in real time.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
  • Violate any applicable municipal, provincial, local, state, federal, or international law.
  • Stalk or harass another person.
  • Collect or store personal data about others.
  • Engage in any activity contrary to good customs.
  • Access other users’ personal services, personal information, or email accounts.

The User acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to evaluate and assume the risks associated with the use of any Content, including its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Therefore, the User expressly acknowledges that they may not rely on Content accessible through VICOM TECHNOLOGY.

The User also acknowledges and accepts that VICOM TECHNOLOGY may retain personal information, User Content, and Open Forums and may disclose such information when required by law or competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes, enforce this Legal Notice, respond to claims involving third-party rights, or protect the rights, property, or safety of VICOM TECHNOLOGY, its Users, or the public.

For specific services and Open Forums, the User shall comply with this Legal Notice and any applicable Specific Agreements.

The User must also refrain from:

  • Using Content unlawfully or contrary to applicable laws in Mexico, the User’s place of residence, or the place of access;
  • Reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying Content without authorization;
  • Removing or manipulating copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary notices;
  • Using Content or information obtained through VICOM TECHNOLOGY for advertising, commercial communications, or unsolicited messages.

Downloads

VICOM TECHNOLOGY declares, and the User accepts, that any download of content is carried out at the User’s own discretion and risk. The User shall be solely responsible for any damage to their computer, accessories, system, or data.


User-Submitted Public Content

Users who submit or publish content (photos, texts, videos, graphics, etc.) grant VICOM TECHNOLOGY a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, perform, and display such content in any medium or technology.

If the User does not agree with the above, they must refrain from submitting content.


Spam Prohibition

Users must not send unsolicited commercial communications or collect data for advertising purposes through VICOM TECHNOLOGY’s email services. Users engaging in such activities shall be legally responsible for damages caused.


Service Modifications and Termination

VICOM TECHNOLOGY may modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for such actions.


Advertising and External Links

VICOM TECHNOLOGY may provide links to third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, or services.


Promotions

Promotions are solely between the User and the advertiser or sponsor. VICOM TECHNOLOGY bears no responsibility for such promotions.


Intellectual Property

All content and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Portal without modifying or reverse engineering the software.


Financial Information Disclaimer

Any financial information published is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.


Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VICOM TECHNOLOGY from any claims arising from the User’s actions or content.


Notifications

Notifications must be sent to: administration@vicomtechnology.ca

Notifications sent elsewhere shall be ineffective.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and submitted to the courts of Puebla City, Mexico, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
